Let's begin the trip.....Heritage Festival (II)

And we continue the travel throughout this wonderful Heritage Festival......

In Congo? BBQ Chicken and Kamundele.......

It was a very hot day, and we knew that in the Hungarian pavilion the typical strawberry ice cream was very good!

In the Iraqi stand, we were tempted by a hand-made bread (clay oven) with Iraqi salad.....and by an excellent coffee made by a very nice gentleman that spoke to us about their traditional coffee

The Italians had a very good sausage in a bun......magnifique!!

In the Japan stand we ate a wonderful Takoyaki (octopus dumpling)

What a fascinating food we had in Laos....they had chicken skewer and spring rolls with laosian noodles.....

Nepal....one of the countries with an exquisite cuisine.....What we had? Aalu Simi Tarkari, Dal and Rice

What a day would be without a good Pakistani mango shake?

Peru.....and of course....their wonderful Mazamorra Morada....and Arroz con Leche Peruvian style .....Viva el Peru!!

How can I forget the sweets?....No.....one of my favorites....a jam filled donut in the Poland stand....

Portugal....What a beautiful country, and what a fantastic food.....Pastries and Rissois (shrimp dumplings)

For the next Heritage Festival that we will attend, we promise to eat more.....at least that is what we hope.......
