Bell peppers with tuna rice filling and sauce

A nice meal that has everything that I LOVE!

Bell peppers with tuna rice filling

6 bell peppers (I had 2 of each color)
250 gr of rice
450 gr of water
1 onion chopped
2 garlics chopped
100 grams of home made fried tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 cup green peas frozen
1 teaspoon Spanish hot paprika
Oregano
1 tuna can

Tomato cream sauce

300 grams of  home made fried tomato
150 grams of cream
25 grams of flour (more or less depending how thick you want)
salt
smoke Spaniard Paprika

For the sauce: mix all the ingredients (salt and paprika at your taste), and cook it at medium heat until it thickens.

Wash and take out the seeds of the bell peppers. Set aside.

In a pot, stir fry the onion and garlic, add the home made fried tomato. Add the rice, the water and the green peas. Adjust the water to your rice cooking style. Let the rice cool, and season it with salt, paprika, and oregano. Mix it with the tuna can. Fill each bell pepper. Place it in a oven dish and bake it at 200C for 20-25 minutes, or until the bell pepper is done. Serve it with tomato cream sauce.
