A quick, simple and delicious bread for breakfast or lunch.....
500 grams of flour
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
70 grams of butter
250 grams of water warm
2 teaspoons of quick instant yeast dry
2 tablespoons of sourdough (optional)
Mix the water, sugar, and yeast. let it rise for 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients, and let it rise for 90 minutes. Make a small balls, and flatten them up. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Pinch them with a fork. Bake them for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, at 375F with a preheated oven. ENJOY!
