Peach ice cream
5 peaches ripe and 100 grams of sugar. Wash and dice the peaches. Mix them with the sugar. Let it rest for 1 hour to extract the natural sugar. Simmer it for 15 minutes, and let it cool.
Ice cream base
3 eggs
480 grams of cream (35%)
240 grams of milk
80 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla.
Mix everything together and cook over medium low heat until thick. Let it cool. Place the peaches cooked mixture on this custard and mix it. In an ice cream maker mix it for 30 minutes, until gets the appropriate ice cream texture. ENJOY!!

125g butter, melted
250g of sugar.
vanilla essence
Mix and beat everything. Gradually add the flour without lumps forming. The wafer is lightly greased with a little butter, when it is hot pour 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the center. Close the lid and press a little. Cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Form the wafer with a mold immediately because when it cools it hardens.

ReplyDeleteHi Judee...it is very easy to make ice cream at home...and you can make your own mixes, and control the sugar amount...the cones are easy to make too!....fun and tasty!.......Abrazotes, Marcela
