Salmon and shrimps salty cake

It seems that shrimps and salmon were on sale where I live!....YES!....that is the reason why I have been cooking a lot of them lately.....

This is an old recipe of a salty cake. It can be served warm, cold, in small pieces as appetizers, or for a picnic. It can be a dinner just with a salad to the side.

Salmon and shrimps salty cake

500 g fresh salmon without skin or bones.
170 g sliced havarti cheese in small pieces
30 g grated Parmesan cheese
200g cream
5 eggs
2 onions in julienne
1/2 cup green peas
9 shrimp
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Assorted herbs: parsley, chives, green onions, cilantro, dill.
Olive oil

In a pan with olive oil, sautee the onions until they are translucent. In the same pan, cook the salmon, and then the shrimps. Set aside.

Wash and chop the herbs. Set aside.

Beat the eggs, and add the cream. Add the tomato sauce for color. Incorporate the onions, green peas, salmon, and shrimps. Mix it. Then add the cheeses, the herbs and the salt. Place this mix  in a oven proof dish, and bake it for 20 minutes at 375F. ENJOY!
