Pizza is "our dish" on Fridays. Now that the time is getting better, Friday is a "tapas" day. Nevertheless, during winter days, pizza was an excellent choice to have a delicious, fast, nutritive, and home made food.
The pizza dough that I make is in the previous dough of Pizza with Spinach Fatayer. Since I use a pizza stone, I notice that the result is even better.
I will post some ideas for pizza toppings, I always want to create something new.....and Pizza is the perfect creative dish.....Enjoy!!
