Canutillos (for 9)
150 grams of flour
150 grams of butter
70 grams of cold water
a pinch of salt
In a mixer, mix all together and refrigerate for 30 minutes. With a roller pin, roll it in a big rectangle. Fold it like a book, one side to the middle and the other side to the middle. Turn it 90 degree. Repeat. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes, and repeat the process twice.
Roll it with a thickness of 3mm. Cut it in a long piece of 1.5 cm width. Fold it around a canutillo mold. Bake it at 350F for 12 minutes. Let it cool and fill it with pastry cream. ENJOY!
