Kimchi fried rice.....Kimchi Bokkeumbap 김치볶음밥




We're painting the home; thus, we are living on quiche, pizza, and kimchi fried rice.....In Korean is Kimchi Bokkeumbap  김치볶음밥

If you love Kimchi as we do, then you will love kimchi fried rice. Simply, tasty, spicy, and full of probiotics!



2.5  cups of cooked rice
1 cup of kimchi (chopped)
1/4 cup of kimchi juice
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of green peas cooked
Olive or sesame oil
2 garlic chopped

In a pan, add oil and fry the garlic. Then, add the kimchi and fry it. Add the rice, kimchi juice, and water. Stir it, and add the green peas. Serve it with a fried egg on top. Enjoy!
