Today we want to give a little light, joy and much love to our Tito ...... and for that I am contributing with a recipe from his blog ...... here we are Tito!!...... Thanks for everything !
The truth is that I had two recipes that I have made from Tito Langostinos al Ajo y Cebolla and Marzapanes . I dont know what happened to the photos of the langostinos....they have disappeared from our archive ........ but I assure you they were delicious !!...... so we will repeat it.....
This recipe is from Marciña , but I saw it and made the recipe from Tito's Blog
INGREDIENTS
300 g grind almonds
200 gr icing sugar
2 egg whites (yolks are for brushing them)
PREPARATION
In a large bowl mix with a spoon (do not use your hands) 300 grams of grind almonds and 200 gr powdered sugar.
Once mixed, add the egg whites and integrate them with a spoon. Then, we take the dough with our hands and knead it until dough is compact and homogeneous.
Wet your fingers with water and form the cookies into desired shapes. Put on a parchment paper and paint them with beaten egg yolk.
Put in preheated oven at 250 º C, in the top position with a forced air grilling. In my oven was 6 minutes in Tito's oven 2-3 minutes . ENJOY!
