Tuna mash potatoes pie
Mash potatoes. I used 9 big potatoes for my oven dish.
2 carrots grated
1 onion chopped
2 garlics chopped
olive oil
dill
salt
1 can of tuna
1/2 cup of cream
cheese slices. I used havarti.
In a pan, heat olive oil and stir fry the onion, carrots, and garlic until they are cooked. Season it with salt and dill. Mix it with a can of tuna and the cream. Set aside.
In an oven dish, place half portion of the mash potatoes. Then, place the tuna mix, and a layer of cheese. Then, distribute the mash potatoes, and cover it with cheese. Bake it at 375F for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. ENJOY!!
I am too a tuna fan. This looks scrumptious and very comforting!
