Mix everything together and cook over medium low heat until thick. Let it cool.

Place the chocolate in a double boiler or bain-marie for melting it, and get the right consistency. Maintain it warm
Place the ice cream mixture in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes, until gets the appropriate ice cream texture. When the ice cream starts to get icy, add the warm chocolate slowly, and let it mix. When is done, place it in a container in the freezer for 3 hours. ENJOY!
