Sometimes, we just want to eat something tasty, and easy to make. I love cauliflowers, and this is a way to eat it that is easy and tasty.
Cauliflower Indian style with yogurt dip
1 big cauliflower washed and separated in small florets
1 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of cumin fresh grinded
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds fresh grinded
1/2 teaspoon of fennel
1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder
salt
pepper
oil
Mix all the spices together, and add it to the cauliflower florets, let them marinate for 2 hours. In a cast iron pan, add some olive oil and sauté them. Serve them with yogurt dip. ENJOY!
Yogurt dip
1 cup of natural yogurt
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
Mix all together, and set aside.
Zucchini fritters with yogurt dip
4 Zucchini grated
1 tablespoon of fresh dill chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh mint chopped
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
2 eggs
flour
salt pepper
Those fritters are so good with that caramelised crust!
