Fish with cumin and garlic
6 pieces of fish previously cleaned
1 lemon
4 garlic cloves cloves chopped
2 teaspoons of cumin freshly grinded
Potatoes
Onions
Tomatoes
Olive oil
salt
Place the fish in a clean pot. Mix the lemon juice with garlic cloves, cumin, and olive oil. Add it to the fish, and let it marinate it for 3 hours in the fridge.
In an oven proof tray, place a generous amount of olive oil, then potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. Place the fish on top, and bake it for 30 minutes at 400F. ENJOY!

Same here...all the fish were frozen, then defrosted...I used to have fish fresh out of the sea daily when I lived with my mom because my brother went fishing weekly. And I was the one who finished all the fish :-) This looks so fresh and flavourful.
ReplyDeleteThis looks very appealing. We need to get back to eating fish more often.
ReplyDeleteI’m a big fan of fish dishes, but cooking a fish head still feels too intimidating for me.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to eat that right now... delicious fresh fish with vegetables and garlic. I have some lovely bread to go with it :-))
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to you.
