Polenta as appetizers....

What do you do with only 200 grams of polenta? Polenta appetizers....

Yes...I'm cleaning my pantry, and I love to convert small simple food in something really tasty with normal ingredients

Polenta

200 grams of polenta
400 grams of water
salt
oregano
30 grams of parmiggiano grated

2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
oregano
olive oil
pieces of cheese

1 avocado
1 clove of garlic
salt
olive oil

Boil the water with salt and oregano. In a rainy motion, add the polenta. Stir it and cook it for 10 minutes, or until well done. Once is cooked, add the parmigiano cheese grated. Place it over a oven proof mold because is very hot. Let it cool.

Cut it in squares of the size you wish.

Chop the tomatoes and dress it with salt, olive oil, and oregano. Place a spoon on top of a polenta square, and on top place a piece of cheese.

Mash the avocado with olive oil, salt, and garlic. Place a spoon on top of a polenta square, and on top place a piece of olive. ENJOY!
