Cream Cheese Blueberry Lemon Flan


Inspired in one of the recipes that Cocinera de Betulo made Flan de Mandarinas , I used her proportions, but I changed the flavor since I add what I had in my fridge that day.....lemon and blueberries!

Cream Cheese Blueberry Lemon Flan

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

250 ml. of milk

150 grs. of cream cheese

70 grs. whipping cream

60 grs. sugar

4 eggs

6 blueberries by mold

Place 6 blueberries in each mold. Combine all the remaining ingredients, and divide them in the flan molds. I cook them in Bain-Marie for 20 minutes in a cazuela at very low heat. I don't use the oven. ENJOY!
