A very easy, and addictive crackers for the Sunday aperitif!
They are easy, fast, and you can change the rosemary by oregano or any other dry herbs you have at home.
Sourdough Rosemary Crackers
270 g all-purpose flour
150 g water
50 g olive oil
1 tablespoon sourdough starter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon crumbled dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
salt to sprinkle
Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. Mix all the wet ingredients, and add the dry ingredients. Kneed them for 5 minutes, and let it rest for 45 minutes. You have to end up with a smooth and soft dough that you can easily stretch it with a roll pin. Roll it until it is very thin. Cut it as you wish, and bake it in a preheated oven at 450F for 10 -12 minutes, or until they are light brown. ENJOY!
They look evenly thin and super crispy!
