Sweet Sushi.....another variation......





This is a continuation from the previous post......

I have told you the story of the sweet sushi, and how I started to make it. However, I did not mention that I make my own version of it. My friend makes the white chocolate version, and I like the bitter chocolate one. Why? many reasons.....I like better bitter and milk then white chocolate , I like the presentation of this combination, and I like that can be used as a nice delight with Champagne, Cava, Sweet White Wine, or a cup of tea or coffee.....It depends on the occasion....

In the previous post Sweet Sushi, I have posted the recipe. Just change the white for bitter or milk chocolate....I have used for decoration pistachio and almonds.
