I'm not fan of tres leches cakes, but I had to make it for a group of friends that love this type of sweets....
200 g condensed milk
200 g evaporated milk
200g whole milk
Mix all together and set aside.
Cake
6 eggs separated
90 g sugar
100 g flour
40 g cornstarch
1 spoon of vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder together. Set aside.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until they are firm. Add the sugar and beat it. Fold it the egg yolks and vanilla essence. Fold the mix of flour and cornstarch. Place it in a round cake oven dish. Bake it at 365F for 15-20 minutes or until it is properly baked. Take iot out from the oven. With a fork or toothspick make holes. Add the mix of milks. Leave it in the fridge for 24 hours. Decorate it with whipping cream and chocolate coins.
I made the chocolate coins. Dissolve and tamper the chocolate. Place 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate over a piece of parchment paper. Place the wax seal stamp on top of the chocolate. The wax seal stamp has been previously place in the freezer for 5 minutes. leave it in the freezer for 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining chocolate.
That looks decadent and very pretty!
