Salty Crepes Cakes



Happy Birthday to you!!.....No, we have no birthday yet, but I have been thinking in all those people that are under quarantine and alone in their homes in their birthday....to all of you  I wish you all the best...this moment shall pass....

I'm trying to use all things properly these days, I had a little bit of something, and here I have...

Crepes Cakes
Crepes
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
salt
Flour (as needed)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Mayonnaise

Mix all the ingredients until you have a semi-liquid batter for the crepes. Make the crepes, and set aside.

I sautee some mushrooms with garlic and olive oil, hard boiled eggs with mayonaise and dill, sautee bell red peppers with garlic and olive oil, mix of frozen veggies with mayonnaise, sliced olives.

Place one crepe, and spread a little of mayonnaise and add olives. Place another crepe on top, and spread a little of mayonnaise and add mushrooms. Place another crepe on top, and spread a little of mayonnaise and add mix of veggies. Place another crepe on top, and spread a little of mayonnaise and add bell peppers. Place another crepe on top, and spread a little of mayonnaise and add boiled eggs with mayonnaise. Repeat the same sequence, and on top decorate it with olives and hard boiled eggs. You can use whatever you have in the fridge....Be Creative....ENJOY!!
