Blueberry tarte



 With some ingredients that I had in the fridge, I made this blueberry tarte...It was delicious!!


Blueberry tarte

320 g of flour

120 g of  butter in pieces

1 egg 

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Water as needed


Filling

250 g of blueberries  washed and dried

70 g of sugar

420 g of  ricotta

120 g cream 

3 eggs


Mix the  ingredients in a food processor. If the dough is too dry, then add a little bit ow water. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes. With a roll pin, stretch it and place it on a tarte mold. Bake it at preheated oven at 365F for 12 minutes. Take it out, and let it cool.

Syrup

Mix the lemon juice, zest and sugar. Combine falf of thys syrup with the washed blueberries. Set aside.

Place the blueberries on top of the crust. Mix all the remaining ingredients, and add to this mix the remaining syrup. Place it on top the blueberries. Bake it at preheated oven at 350F for 30 minutes, or until is set and firm. Take it out, and let it cool. ENJOY!
