A very simple recipe to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee....
Apple, walnut and raisin cake
60 g butter at room temperature
100 g of pastry flour
50 gr of almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 Gala apples, skinless, seeded and sliced
Cream the sugar and butter. Add the eggs. Incorporate the flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a cake mold, place parchment paper and add half of the batter. Distribute 1 1/2 of the apples, walnuts and raisins. On top, place the other half of the batter. Distribute the remaining apples. Sprinkle with sugar, and bake it at 350F for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. ENJOY!!
