Vanilla Ice cream with chocolate and almonds cover

I was experimenting with a new chocolate and almond cover, and I found a better mix.

Vanilla Ice cream

2 eggs
480 grams of cream (35%)
240 grams of milk
140 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla.

Mix everything together and cook over medium low heat until thick. Let it cool. Place it in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes, until gets the appropriate ice cream texture.

In a ice cream mold, fill it with vanilla ice cream. Let it freeze for 2 hours.

Chocolate cover
280 grams of dark chocolate
25 grams cocoa butter melted
Some sliced almonds (chopped) 

At Marie's bath, melt the chocolate. Add the melted cocoa butter. Add the chopped sliced almonds. Mix it well. Take one ice cream and immerse it. freeze it again for 1 hour. Enjoy!!
