Ingredients
300 g all-purpose flour
180 ml water add more if you need
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
oil for cooking and greasing
Scallion Mixture
16 stalks green onions chopped
3 tablespoons all-purpose (plain) flour
1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
For the mixture: Mix all the ingredients and set aside
Dough: Mix all the ingredients and kneed them until you have a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes, and divide them in 6 pieces. Brush every piece with oil. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Flatten every piece of dough, and distribute the scallion mix. Roll it like a tube, and then roll into a coil-like roll. Then, flatten it again with your hands covered with oil. Place it in a hot pan with some oil, and cook it for 5 minutes per side. ENJOY!
