I had some hot dog's dough leftover; thus, I add some water, 1 cup of flour, and let it to ferment slowly for 24 hours in the fridge. I divided in 6 pieces, and make some "pizza balls".
Tomato sauce, olives, cheese, fresh basil.
Flatten the portion. Place the filling, and close it. Carefully, flatten it again. In a pan, with olive oil, cook it for 6-7 minutes each side. Serve it warm. ENJOY!...it is perfect for dinner without turning on the oven!
This was a very interesting idea and looks delicious. I love olives and fresh basil.. yum!ReplyDelete
So the topping now is the filling...what a fun and creative idea!ReplyDelete
