Paneer tikka tandoori

Paneer tikka tandoori is one of our favorite Indian dishes.....easy and very fast to make...It doesn't have specific proportion of spices since it is up to taste, but it has a flavorful combination of spices

Paneer tikka tandoori

4 cups of natural yogurt
2 teaspoon fresh grinded cumin
2 teaspoon fresh grinded coriander seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoon hot red chili powder
5 garlic (crushed)
2 teaspoon gram masala
4 teaspoons dry fenugreek leaves
salt
4 tablespoons of oil
750 grams of paneer in cubes
3 green bell pepper
2 purple onions

Add to the yogurt all the spices and oil. Stir it and taste it. Adjust accordingly to your taste if you need more spices. It has to be a yellowish orange color.

Add all the paneer cubes, pieces of bell pepper and onion. Let it marinate for at least 6 hours

Put it in skewers and place it in a tandoori oven or barbecue. Serve it warm with drops of lemon. Enjoy!

I know it is cold....but a delicious and healthy treat for kids are "frozen banana ice cream"

Bananas
Stick
Chocolate
Sprinkles

Divide a banana in half and place a stick in the middle. Put it to freeze. In the meantime, melt chocolate (white or milk). Place the frozen banana in melted chocolate, and take it out the excess of chocolate.Add sprinkles. Place it in the freezer again. Take it out 30 minutes before eating....Enjoy!!
