A different and easy way to eat prawns
Prawns Indian style in cilantro sauce
250 g large raw prawns
1/2 tsp nigella seeds or cumin seeds
1 fresh green chili without seeds
50 grams fresh coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 cm ginger chopped
½ tsp salt
1 lemon juice
oil
water as needed
Mix all the ingredients (except the prawns) in a blender, and add water as needed to make a thick sauce. Marinate the prawns for at least 1 hour. In a pot, heat some oil and place the prawns with the sauce. Cook them until done. Serve with basmati rice. ENJOY!
I don't eat prawns but the sauce sound incredible. Perhaps I could try it with tofu.. thanks
