Cheese and figs dessert
400 grams of cream
200 gr of cream cheese
60 gr of sugar
3 gelatin sheets
3 figs per glass
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Cut the figs, and mix it with some honey. Set aside in the fridge.
Place the gelatin sheets in cold water,
Place the cream, vanilla essence, and sugar in a pot. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, and add the gelatin sheets. Incorporate the cream cheese, and beat it to avoid lumps. Place it in heat resistant glass. Let it set for 3 hours in the fridge. Decorate them with figs and honey. ENJOY!!
