Baghrir.....Moroccan Pancakes

Baghrir are a honeycomb like pancakes from Morocco. Delicious and easy to make. Usually, they are eaten warm with honey and butter, but I like my pancakes with home made yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit!

Baghir

270 grams of fine semolina
50 grams all purpose flour
20 grams of baking powder
10 gr dry yeast
22 grams of sugar
7 grams of salt
About 520 ml of warm water

Mix all dry ingredients. Add water and mix it well. Wait 15-20 minutes, and with a ladle place it on a hot pan brushed with olive oil. Cook them for 3-5 minutes or until the honeycombs have been formed. ENJOY!
