I saw this salmon recipe in a magazine while I was waiting in the dentist. Since I couldn't write it down, it is not the same. However, I made it with the ingredients I had at home.
Salmon pie
Dough
300 grams of flour
150 grams of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Water as needed
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and add water as needed to make a soft dough. Place it in a fridge for 1 hour. With a rolling pin, flatten it until you have 2-3 mm of thickness. Place it on parchment paper on an oven tray.
Filling
300 grams of salmon previously cooked. I cooked it in olive oil at low temperature.
1/2 cup of cream
250 g mascarpone or cream cheese at room temperature
a bunch of sprigs fresh chives or any herb or combination that you want to use finely chopped
3 garlic clove chopped
olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
salt
