As I mentioned, we had a "spicy weekend"....looking for different mezze recipes I found a Turkish mezze that it is very easy and delicious.....you can eat atom with lavash bread
1 cup drained Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of Spanish spicy Paprika
2 teaspoon chili flakes
Melt the butter, and add the paprika and the chili flakes. Add some salt. Spread the yogurt on a plate, and make a border. In the middle, spread the chili/butter mix....ENJOY!!
300 grams of bread flour
150 grams of water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix all together and let it rest for 30 minutes. Divide it in 6 balls. With a roller pin, flatten it and cook it in a hot iron cast pan. Serve it warm.
