Yogurt cake with Blueberries

This is a very easy and delicious will not regret it to try it!!

Yogurt cake with Blueberries

420 g natural yogurt
5 eggs
110 g of sugar
65 grams of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Vanilla essence
Frozen blueberries

Separate egg yolk from egg white. Mix the egg yolk with the sugar and vanilla essence. Beat it until it is creamy. Add the cornstarch and baking powder. Beat the egg white until they are foamy. Carefully mix it with the batter. Place it in a mold with parchment paper. Add some frozen blueberries. Bake it at 350F for 45 minutes. ENJOY!!
