Orange and lemon tarte with almonds
Dough
170 grams of flour
30 grams of sugar
80 grams of butter
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of yogurt
water as needed
Mix all the ingredients together, and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Filling
1 orange zest and juice
1 lemon zest and juice
110 grams of sugar
30 grams of cornstarch
30 grams of butter
70 grams of water
Wash the lemon and orange. Mix the zest with sugar and half of the water, and place it to simmer. Add the juice of the lemon and orange. When it simmers, add the cornstarch dissolve in the remaining water. When it is thicker, turn off the stove, and add the butter. Let it cool.
Place the dough in a tarte mold. Fill it with the orange and lemon cream. On top place some sliced almonds. bake it at 350F for 30 minutes. Let it cool. ENJOY!!
