Matcha and Vanilla Ice cream with Milk Rice Cake with coconut




 This is a delicious treat!!

Matcha Ice Cream

Custard
2 eggs
300 grams of cream (35%)
300 grams of milk
110 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk powder

1.5 teaspoon of matcha powder

Mix everything together and cook over medium low heat until thick. Let it cool. 
Place it in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes, until gets the appropriate ice cream texture.

Vanilla Ice Cream

Custard
2 eggs
300 grams of cream (35%)
300 grams of milk
110 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk powder

1.5 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Mix everything together and cook over medium low heat until thick. Let it cool. Place it in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes, until gets the appropriate ice cream texture.

Milk Rice cake with coconut
25 grams rice flour
35 grams potato starch
3 tablespoon of sugar
210 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of grated coconut
1/2 teaspoon of coconut essence

Mix all together, and cook it in a pan until it separates from the sides. Let it cool on a glass tray. Serve it in small ball portions. ENJOY!!
