Zucchini with cheeses


This is a very simple recipe that I made, but very delicious. The mix of cheeses with oregano and garlic, reminds me of the flavor and aroma of the ravioli filling.

Zucchini with cheeses

400 grams zucchini grated

250 grams mozzarella

120 grams havarti cheese

250 grams cottage cheese 

80 grams grated parmesan

3 teaspoon fresh oregano

1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary

4 garlic cloves chopped.

4 eggs


olive oil

Wash and and grate the zucchini. In a pan with olive oil, stir fry it until it is cooked half way through.  Season it with salt and herbs. Set aside.

In a blender, place all the cheeses along with the eggs and the garlic. Mix them well, and combine it with the stir fry zucchini with herbs. Place it in an oven proof tray, and bake it at 360F for 25 minutes or until it is done. ENJOY!!
