Cheesecake in glass



I love desserts in a glass....sometimes you just need a little dessert to finish a nice meal....

Cheesecake in glass

300 g cream cheese
150 g cream (minimum 30% fat)
70g sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla paste
1 pinch of salt
4 gelatin sheets

Toppings

Homemade strawberry jam
Homemade peach jam
Cream cheese with espresso coffee and sugar
Cream cheese with home made peaches in syrup


Place the gelatin in cold water until is hydrated. In a small pan, dissolve it with 1/4 cup water at low heat.

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, and place it in a pot to heat it at low temperature/heat. Add the gelatin. Mix it well. Distribute it in small glasses. Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours, then place the topping of your choice. Leave it in the fridge for another 2 hours. ENJOY!
