Zucchini flowers quiche

And I continue cooking with my flowers....

I made a quiche....you complement it with a salad, some olives, and a piece of cheese....and you have a perfect meal!

Zucchini flowers quiche

Quiche dough

300 grams all purpose flour
60 grams of wheat flour
120 grams of butter
water as needed
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Filling
1 onion
oregano
ciboullete
1 garlic clove
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
100 grams of parmigiano grated cheese
Pepper
20 zucchini flowers

For the quiche dough: mix all the ingredients and place them in the fridge for 1 hour. Roll it with a roll pin, and place it over a quiche mould. Bake it at 375 F for 12 minutes. Let it cool.

Filling: In a pan, sautee the onion with olive oil and oregano. Let it cool. Wash, clean, and chop the zucchini flowers.
Mix 1 cup of milk, 3 eggs, some ciboulette, and pepper.

Over the quiche dough, distribute the sautee onions, and on top add the zucchini flowers. On top, distribute the parmigiano cheese. Cover it with the egg/milk mixture. Bake it at 375F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
