There was a Vietnamese restaurant that we used to love when we were living in Canada. Our favorite dish was a crispy noodles with vegetables and shrimps. I'm not fan of frying food because I have to clean the stove after. However, I made this dish for the first time at home, and we loved it. For sure I will repeat it, and I will cry after when I have to clean the stove!!!

Looks super delicious! It reminds me one of my favourite Cantonese crispy egg noodle with prawns.ReplyDelete
