This is a very fast appetizer or it can be a dinner along with a salad.
Puff pastry with onions and brie cheese
2 onions
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Olive oil
Oregano (fresh)
Brie cheese
Chop onions in julienne. Add sugar and salt, and mix it well. Let it rest for 30 minutes, and wash it. Season it with some salt, olive oil, and oregano. Set aside.
With a roll pin, flatten a piece of puff pastry. Place on top the onions and bake it at 375F in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until it is almost cooked. Take it out of the oven, distribute the brie cheese, and bake it for 10 more minutes. ENJOY!!
That looks freaking delicious with all the Brie! I too just had some leek tart :-)
