Garlic Chili Paste

Everything started with two or three seeds....and now I have a chili mini tree!!

After eating them fresh, I ended up with 250 grams of delicious Thai chili pods. I made a garlic chili paste to add to my Asian stir fries.

Garlic Chili Paste

250 grams of chili pods washed and without ant stem
4 whole garlics
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 cups olive oil

Peel the garlics, and in a mini processor chop them. Add them to a pan with 1/2 cup of olive oil, and simmer it for 3 minutes. Be careful to don't burn them.

In a mini blender, chop the chilis. Add the remaining olive oil to the pan, and add the chilis. Simmer them for 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce, and turn off the stove. Place it in a clean glass jar. I eat it with everything, including sandwiches and mayonnaise. ENJOY!
