Coffee cream liquor and Coffee cream liquor ice cream


Finally, I'm back to the blog....It has been very hot lately here....We have reached 38C and my plants are stressed out....but I still have tomatoes!!

I was looking for a recipe of a coffee liquor similar to Bailey's...I wanted to have the liquor as well as making ice cream. I tried different proportions, and this one is the one I like the best!

Coffee cream liquor

300g of condensed milk
225 gr of cold strong coffee. I make double shot espresso twice until I reached 225grams of coffee.
150 grams of rum
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

In a blender, mix all together until well combined. Place it in a clean bottle. It can last 2-3 months in the fridge. ENJOY!

Coffee cream liquor ice cream

Custard

1 egg

150 grams of cream (35%)

150 grams of milk

40 grams of sugar

2 tablespoons of milk powder

Mix all together and cook it until it thickens. Let it cool. Mix it with 200-240 grams of coffee liquor. Place it in your ice cream machine. ENJOY!
