This Summer, I'm in love with focaccias. I just make a salad, a piece of cheese, or some fish/seafood....and voila!...dinner is ready!
Ingredients
500 g bread flour
250 ml warm water
2 teaspoons instant yeast
17 g salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of honey
150 g green olives
200 g black olives chopped

Combine the water, yeast, and honey. Let it foam for 10 minutes. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead it for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Degase it and let it rise for 1 hour. Degase it, and add chopped black olives. Mix it well. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Place it over parchment paper, and let it rise for 30 minutes. Make indentations, and place green olives. Sprinkle it with a mix of olive oil and water.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 375F for 12–15 minutes. ENJOY!
