When you have a little bit of everything, but want to eat something delicious.....this is the perfect recipe
Olives, Sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and cheese dip
You can change proportions according to what you have
15 green olives pitted and chopped
12 black olives pitted and chopped
Fresh Parsley and Dill chopped
2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes with garlic chopped. I buy sun-dry tomatoes, not in oil. I soaked them in water for 6 hours, then I drained and chopped them. I place them in the fridge with olive oil and garlic. I use them for salads or dishes.
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
60 grams of semi-dry cheese grated. I used Izmir Tulum
On a plate, add a good amount of olive oil. Add some balsamic vinegar. Place all the chopped herbs, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix it well. Add on top the grated cheese. Place it in the fridge for 2 hours before eating. Have a good bread!!!....ENJOY!!
Next time I will add some capers and anchovies.....mmmmmm
