Tuna and cheese kind of Gozleme

When I have leftover dough from pizza or naan, I make a kind of Gozleme. It is just the idea. The filling is what I have in the fridge or in the pantry. This time, I made a filling of canned tuna fish.

Tuna and cheese kind of Gozleme

300 grams of either pizza or naan dough . I use 100 grams of dough per Gozleme.
2 cans of tuna fish drained
4 tablespoons of tomato passata
Feta cheese
Havarti cheese grated
Olives
1 garlic clove
Oregano or any herbs you have

Drain the tuna cans, and place it in a bowl. Add tomato passata, minced garlic, and oregano. Mix it well, and set aside.

Divide the dough in 3 balls of 100 grams each. With a roll pin, stretch it very thin. Place some feta cheese on the bottom, then some tuna and tomato mix, add some olives, and havarti cheese on top, and fold it. Place it on a cast iron pan with some oil, and cook it for 3-4 minutes each side. ENJOY!!
